PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure white uniformity by optimizing film misalignment of organic EL layers. SOLUTION: In this organic EL display device, either one of Formula (1): LEG(X)≤LEB(X), Formula (2): LEG(X)≤LER(X), Formula (3): LEG(Y)≤LEB(Y), and Formula (4): LEG(Y)≤LER (Y) is satisfied where the misalignment of film center of the organic EL layers 2B, 2G, 2R in the arrangement direction (X direction) of sub-pixel openings 1R, 1G, 1B of three colors of red (R), green (G) and blue (B) are respectively LER(X), LEG(X) and LEB(X), and the misalignment of film center of the organic EL layers 2B, 2G, 2R in the direction (Y direction) orthogonal to the arrangement direction (X direction) are respectively LER(Y), LEG(Y) and LEB(Y).
