<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image development toner having core-shell structure, which has sufficient low-temperature fixability for a high-speed machine, satisfactory heat resistance during storage, and excellent durability without causing fracture due to agitation in a developing machine. <P>SOLUTION: An electrostatic charge image development toner is composed of a toner particle which comprises a shell layer including a styrene-acrylic graft modified polyester resin on a surface of a core particle containing at least a binder resin and a colorant.
