<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically retractable vehicular door mirror allowing a mirror body to be operated to be retracted or returned through a simple operation outside a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: An electrically retractable mirror 11 includes an operation detector 54 for detecting a predetermined operation by a person outside a vehicle on the electrically retractable mirror 11. Communication is performed between a portable machine 10 and an onboard machine 12. A smart key recognition controller 34 of the onboard machine 12 compares a unique ID code transmitted from the portable machine 10 with an ID code pre-registered in the onboard machine 12.
