DILUTED SOLUTION FOR PREPARING ANALYTICAL SAMPLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide diluted solution by which an analytical sample to be commonly used for a method for analyzing a first object in a test sample by an electrode method and a method for analyzing a second object in the test sample by a liquid chromatography method can be prepared and measured with high accuracy.

SOLUTION: Ionic strength of the diluted solution for preparation of the analytical sample is considered as 0.06-0.16. The analytical sample prepared using the diluted solution whose ionic strength is in this range can be commonly supplied to the method for analyzing the first object in the test sample by the electrode method and the method for analyzing the second object in the test sample by the liquid chromatography method and can attain measurement with high accuracy. Especially, the diluted solution is useful for preparing a sample for measurement to be commonly used for a method for measuring glucose concentration in a blood sample by an enzyme electrode method and a method for measuring glycohemoglobin concentration in the blood sample by the liquid chromatography method.
