An electric heating module (1) for heating an airstream (3), in particular for heating and ventilating a seat, with improved mechanical and thermal properties is proposed. It comprises at least one PTC heating element (10) and at least one heat emitting region (4) through which air can flow and which has heat-conducting lamellas which are connected in a heat-conducting fashion to the PTC heating element (10). The lamellas of the heating module (10) comprise both at least one lamella strip (5) and at least one fixed lamella profile (6) which are arranged in the heat emitting region (4), wherein the lamella strip (5) is arranged in the central region of the heat emitting region (4) within a frame (7) which is arranged transversely with respect to the direction (2) of flow, the lamella profile (6) is arranged in the outer region of the heat emitting region (4), and the heating module (10) has spring elements (9) which are designed to compress the lamella strip (5), the lamella profile (6) and the PTC heating element (10). |
