PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input terminal mechanism and an output terminal mechanism into which a power supply line can be safely inserted.

SOLUTION: There are provided a circuit board 110; a box-shaped terminal board 120 which is provided to the circuit board 110, has therein an electrode 122 for connecting an exposed core wire of a predetermined length exposed by partway exfoliating a coating of an electric wire and also has, on one surface thereof, a terminal board side electric wire insertion hole 121a into which the exposed core wire of the predetermined length is inserted; and a terminal board cover 130 which is mounted so as to cover the one surface and has a cover side electric wire insertion hole 131 which is located at the position corresponding to the terminal board side electric wire insertion hole 121a and intercommunicates with the terminal board side electric wire insertion hole 121a when a terminal board cover 130 is mounted on the terminal board 120. The terminal board cover 130 is mounted on the terminal board 120 so that the distance from a cover side hole forming portion 139a forming the cover side electric wire insertion hole 131 to the electrode 122 is set to be longer than the length of the exposed core wire of the predetermined length inserted into the electrode 122.
