摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator capable of efficiently radiating a building frame temperature as an energy-saving technique toward the realization of low-carbon society. <P>SOLUTION: A heat radiator 1 comprises: an interior coolant pipe 2 which is arranged inside a building B; an exterior coolant pipe 3 which is connected to the interior coolant pipe 2 and is arranged outside the building B; and a radiation panel 4 which is arranged outside the building B. The exterior coolant pipe 3 is brought into contact with a back face of the radiation panel 4 or arranged inside a piping member which is in close contact with the back face of the radiation panel 4.
