<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste paper recycle treatment apparatus that can reduce drying load at a drying part, avoid a press drying in a state of high water content, and improve thermal efficiency and dewatering performance of the drying part. <P>SOLUTION: A waste paper recycle treatment apparatus includes a papermaking part 2 in which a papermaking process is performed for papermaking a wet paper 100, a dewatering part 3 in which a dewatering process is performed for dewatering the wet paper 100, a drying part 4 in which a drying process is performed for drying the wet paper 100. The dewatering part 3 has a water absorbing belt 32 composed of a water absorbing material to which the wet paper 100 is transferred from the papermaking part 2, and the drying part 4 has a smooth surface belt 43 composed of a non-water absorbing material to which the wet paper 100 is transferred from the water absorbing belt of the dewatering part 3 and a drying roller 41 for heating the smooth surface belt 43 and the wet paper 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
