<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To injection-mold a resin molded product in which a thermoplastic resin part and a thermosetting resin part are integrally molded with each other. <P>SOLUTION: An injection molding machine 1 includes: lower dies UM1-UM5 constituting a part of a cavity; first upper dies PM1, PM2 constituting a first cavity, into which a thermoplastic resin is filled, together with the lower dies UM1-UM5; second upper dies PM3, PM4 constituting a second cavity, into which a thermosetting resin is filled, together with the lower dies UM1-UM5; first injection heads 5A, 5B for injecting a thermoplastic resin into the first cavity; and a second injection head 5C for injecting a thermosetting resin into the second cavity. After the end of a silicone molding step (ST3), the lower dies UM1-UM5 are moved to a curing step (ST4) together with the second upper dies PM3, PM4. Therefore, it is possible to cure the thermosetting resin in the curing step. Accordingly, these steps allow molding in the same system by absorbing the difference in molding cycle while suppressing deterioration in production efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
