<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a plane antenna capable of performing position alignment between the center of radiating slot pattern and the center of power feeding slot pattern easily and accurately, and a high-performance plane antenna at a low price. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the plane antenna includes: an arrangement process for arranging a flat plate substrate 7 having a pattern area, where a slot pattern is formed on both principal surfaces, between a face in which a first pattern 9 of a first metallic mold 10 is formed and a face in which a second pattern 12 of a second metallic mold 13 is formed; a fixing process for bringing a first metallic mold 10, the flat plate substrate 7 and the second metallic mold 13 in close contact and perform position alignment between the center of the first pattern 9 and the center of the second pattern 12 using a positioning pin 14 to fix them; and a transfer process for transferring a convex-shaped first slot pattern 3 and a second slot pattern 4 on each pattern area of both principal surfaces of the flat plate substrate 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
