<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the error detection due to reflection image. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing system includes region setting means for setting the predetermined region for an image, size setting means for setting the size of the subject detected in accordance with the position of the images, and detection means for detecting the change region by making comparison of the image and an image input in advance.
