<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery pack, a battery charger, and a vehicle which charge a cell group with the appropriate charging current and charge voltage without depending on a state of a load side. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery pack comprises a cell group 15 including a plurality of secondary battery cells BT, a detector 11 which detects a voltage of the plurality of secondary battery cells BT, first communication ports 14A, 14B which are provided so as to be communicable with a load apparatus 3 and a battery charger 2, and a first arithmetic circuit 12 which receives a voltage value from the detector 11 and a signal from the first communication ports 14A, 14B, and controls the detector 11 and the first communication ports 14A, 14B. The first arithmetic circuit 12 is configured so as to output a loaded state confirming request from the first communication ports 14A, 14B when receiving a charge start request via the first communication ports 14A, 14B, judge whether to permit charging of the cell group 15 or not based on the load information, and output a charging permission signal or a charging non-permission signal from the first communication ports 14A, 14B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
