<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of the accuracy of a bearing surface after pressedly inserting an oil-impregnated sintered bearing into the inner periphery of the member to be pressedly inserted formed of a porous material and to prevent lubricating oil impregnated into the oil-impregnated sintered bearing from migrating to the member to be pressedly inserted. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-impregnated sintered bearing 1 having a bearing surface 1a for supporting the shaft 3 in the inner periphery thereof is pressedly inserted into and fixed to the inner periphery of the component 2 to be pressedly inserted formed of the porous material. Rotation sizing is applied to the outer peripheral surface 1b of the oil-impregnated sintered bearing 1, the outer peripheral surface contacting to the component to be pressedly inserted finished by generating plastic flow by the rotation sizing rotating around a bearing center, the surface aperture ratio of the outer peripheral surface 1b is set to be smaller to the surface aperture ratio of the bearing surface 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
