<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear tire 6 for a motorcycle excellent in straight driving stability, turning, transient characteristics and traction. <P>SOLUTION: The rear tire 6 includes a tread 10, a wide wall 12, a bead 14, a carcass 16, and a reinforcing part 22. The reinforcing part 22 is located between the tread 10 and the carcass 16. The reinforcing part 22 includes a crown belt 32 and a pair of shoulder belts 34. The vicinity of the end 36 of the crown belt 32 is stacked on the vicinity of the axial inside end 38 of the shoulder belt 34. This stacking forms an overlapped part 40. In the overlapped part 40, the crown belt 32 is located in the radial outside more than the shoulder belt 34. The crown belt 32 has a jointless structure.
