A method and a system for providing addressing in ocean sensor networks are provided to response against a sensor node which is fit for the user's order. A sink node(110) gives one or more sensor node the address to for each type of node. The cluster head(120) is assigned place from the sink node to for each type of node. The address is given one or more sensor node to for each type of node. The cluster member(130) is assigned place from the cluster head to for each type of node.
