Disclosed is a beverage which can be ingested continuously, can promote the secretion of NO from a vascular endothelial cell and enhance the action of NO to thereby improve the function of a vascular endothelium. Specifically, disclosed is a proanthocyanidin-containing tea beverage which comprises procyanidin B1 (PB1) and procyanidin B3 (PB3), wherein the total amount of these components is kept at a certain level or higher. The tea beverage has a mild taste, is easy to drink, can be ingested continuously, and has an activity of improving the function of a vascular endothelium.
