摘要 The present invention relates to nanostructures suitable for use as an electromechanical nano-oscillator, which include a silicon nanotube of the following general formula (I): where n = 1; p = 1; at least one of the -R1 groups is a bond between the nanotube and the first solid object or a hydrogen atom; at least one of the -R2 groups is a bond between the nanotube and the second solid object or a hydrogen atom; and in which the nanotube includes at least one filling atom A, preferably a silicon atom, suitable for forming bonds with one or more silicon atoms of the nanotube.
