The method involves determining number of loads (V-1-V-n) connected to power supply device (4), to be swtiched ON. The individual switch-ON time for each load is determined. The total time for swtiching ON all loads is calculated using determined individual switch-ON time for each load. The control for swtiching ON the individual load within calculated total time is performed while avoiding the simultaneous switching ON of loads. An independent claim is included for device for controlling switch-ON of load.
