<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength and durability of a mount body by reducing an environmental temperature for a mount device. <P>SOLUTION: This mount cooling structure of an outboard motor for cooling an upper mount 45 includes an outboard motor body 11 on which an engine is mounted, a mounting bracket device 12 for mounting the outboard motor body on a hull, and the upper mount 45 disposed between the outboard motor body and the mounting bracket device, and provided with a swollen body 53 formed of an elastic material. The outboard motor body 11 is provided with an engine holder 20 on which the engine is mounted. The engine holder 20 is formed with an exhaust passage 60 for carrying exhaust gas from the engine, a mount storage part 47 for storing and holding the upper mount 45, and a cooling water introduction passage 65 and a cooling water discharge passage 66 for carrying cooling water to cool the engine.
