<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of continuous operations for a plurality of touch panels. <P>SOLUTION: A personal computer comprises two touch panels 15 and 17. A CPU 111 sets a processing mode corresponding to a specific operation when the specific operation to one touch panel 15 is detected by a touch panel driver 202.
