<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solar cell module and an organic solar cell panel in which designability is enhanced using a plurality of types of photoelectric conversion layer having different absorption wavelength regions, and good solar cell performance is ensured stably. <P>SOLUTION: The organic solar cell module comprises a transparent substrate, a transparent electrode layer formed on the transparent substrate, a photoelectric conversion layer patterned on the transparent electrode layer and having a plurality of types of photoelectric conversion parts with different absorption wavelength regions, a plurality of back electrode layers formed, respectively, on the photoelectric conversion parts, an insulating layer formed to cover the plurality of back electrode layers and having an opening for each photoelectric conversion part, and a plurality of current collector wiring formed on the insulating layer and arranged to be connected with the back electrode layers located at the opening of the insulating layer for each type of photoelectric conversion part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
