PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving actuator which can suppress erroneous biting and gear jumping with a small-sized and simple structure.
SOLUTION: When a motor 10 allows a rack gear 2 to come in contact with a flat spring 9, the flat spring 9 is flexibly deformed toward the motor 10, and a power point P2 at the end portion of the flat spring 9 is deformed toward a lead screw 1 as a reaction, so that a central portion of the rack gear 2 is pushed with a force F2, thereby suppressing gear jumping. When the rack gear 2 comes in contact with the flat plate 9 and stops and thereafter is linearly driven toward a direction opposite to the motor 10 by rotation of the lead screw 1, a reaction force of the flat spring 9, which is flexibly deformed when the rack gear 2 is in contact to be stopped, is applied in the direction opposite to the motor 10 in parallel with an optical axis which is a proceeding direction of the rack gear. Therefore, a force in the proceeding direction of the rack gear 2 becomes greater than the force F1 which is generated by a rotation torque of the motor 10, so that a movable lens casing A1 can be escaped from erroneous biting and moved.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
