<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system that gives high comfort in air conditioning while reducing construction costs. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioning system 1 is provided with air outlets 5 in the ceiling 10 of a living room A. The air outlets 5 are used to blow out warm air or cold air into the living room A. During heating, the warm air Wa is blown out of the air outlets 5 into the living room A. Specifically, the warm air Wa is blown out throughout the floor 12. Consequently, the warm air Wa is blown against the floor 12 to be horizintally distributed to warm up the whole floor 12.
