<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized fluid machine having a power generation unit that can generate power with high efficiency in addition to an expansion unit and a pump unit, and to provide a Rankine circuit using the fluid machine, and a waste heat utilization system for a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The waste heat utilization system (A) includes the Rankine circuit (12), and the Rankine circuit (12) includes a fluid machine (14). The power generating unit (26) of the fluid machine (14) has a third rotor disposed to be coaxial with the first rotor of a pump unit (16) and the second rotor of an expansion unit (20).
