摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a radiation imaging system a high quality image by suppressing the attenuation of an X-ray by vignetting and heel effect by a radiation source lattice and enlargement a focus size generated by arrangement of a filter. <P>SOLUTION: The extending direction of the X-ray shielding part 19a and the X-ray transmitting part 19b of the radiation source lattice 19 are arranged parallel to the rotation axis 43 of the rotation anode 40 and the generation direction of the heel effect is arranged parallel to the extending direction of the X-ray shielding part 19a and the X-ray transmitting part 19b. Thereby, the X-ray reduced by the heel effect can be prevented from further being reduced by the vignetting by the radiation source lattice 19. The focus of the X-ray disturbed by the radiation quality filter 48 can be made small by the radiation source lattice 19 because the radiation quality filter 48 is arranged in the upstream side of the radiation source lattice 19 in the radiation direction of the X-ray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
