A method, a device and equipment for service management are provided, and the method includes: the operating system schedules all the CPUs of the equipment, and groups all or part of the CPUs to obtain multiple CPU sets (101); the operating system binds the application to the CPU sets according to data real-time requirements (102); and the operating system controls the CPU sets which are bound with application to deal with their respective bound application (103). The solution enables the application allocation based on data real-time requirements by making a single operating system correspond to multiple CPU sets, enables multicore heterogeneous operating mode of a single operating system, thus effectively reduces the processing complexity (e.g. can effectively reduce the processing complexity of system startup, system boot, version management, system debugging), avoids communication and positioning between operating systems, and reduces the complexity of application development.
