<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a radiation detector capable of reducing, when a plurality of radiation detectors are aligned, the parasitic capacitance to be generated between semiconductor elements of the adjacent radiation detectors compared to the conventional detector, and a radiation detecting apparatus using the radiation detector. This radiation detector comprises: a substrate; a first semiconductor element and a second semiconductor element arranged to face each other across the substrate and capable of detecting radiation; a first electrode pattern electrically connected to the substrate-side surface and the opposite surface of the first semiconductor element; and a second electrode pattern electrically connected to the substrate-side surface and the opposite surface of the second semiconductor element, wherein the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern are arranged so as not to overlap with each other when seen through in the thickness direction of the substrate.</p> |
