<p>Peptide compounds of formula I, and stereoisomers, salts having no physiology toxicity and prodrugs thereof for inhibiting ß-secretase, and pharmaceutical composition comprising the above compounds as active ingredient are disclosed in the present invention. The peptide compounds of formula I, and stereoisomers, salts having no physiology toxicity and prodrugs thereof can prevent or treat diseases associated with ß-secretase such as Alzheimer's disease.</p> |
