A cleaning method and device for a heat transfer tube in a marine boiler are a cleaning method for removing scale adhering to a heat transfer tube by spraying a blast material to the heat transfer tube in the marine boiler, wherein the scale adhering to the heat transfer tube is removed by using a plant-derived blast material or a resin blast material as the blast material, and an oxide film formed on the surface of the heat transfer tube is left without being removed.
