<p>Disclosed is a plasma display panel equipped with a front panel and a back panel disposed so as to face the front panel. The front panel has display electrodes and a dielectric layer which covers the display electrodes. The dielectric layer comprises silica particles and a dielectric glass layer. The dielectric glass layer has a softening point of 600ºC or lower. The silica particles have a softening point of 700ºC or higher. The silica particles have a particle diameter of 100-1,000 nm.</p>
