CONSTITUTION: A low temperature fatigue testing device comprises a rotating bending test unit and a coolant circulation part. The rotating bending test unit catches both ends of a specimen(11) so that a pair of rotators(12) can be fixed to. The rotating bending test unit connects one side of the amount rotator using a weight plumb(15) and The rotating bending test unit rotates in order to rotating bending in a specimen. The coolant circulation part pours refrigerant on the specimen to be an isothermal condition before the rotating bending of the specimen.
