<p>Mould (1; 1a) for pressing food products, comprising a plurality of mould elements (2; 2a) that are superimposable between themselves, wherein each mould element (2, 2a) comprises a plurality of tubular elements (3), that are parallel between themselves, open at both ends, intended for receiving the products to be pressed in the interior thereof, each mould element (2; 2a) comprising a frame (6) to which are fixed said tubular elements (3), each of which is provided at both ends with an upper opening (8), at opposite ends of the lower part of the frame (6), below each tubular element (3), there are associated respective pressing elements (5) having a shape and dimensions that are such that, when two mould elements (2; 2a) are superimposed, the pressing elements (5) of the upper mould element (2; 2a) can be inserted into the openings (8) of the tubular elements (3) of the mould element (2; 2a) below and slide inside said tubular elements (3).</p> |
