<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella bag which can effectively prevent water leakage from the leading end part thereof when housing the wet umbrella and water leakage due to the reflux of water when being folded, and can easily dry for the next use and prevent bulkiness when being folded after using the umbrella bag,. <P>SOLUTION: The umbrella bag includes: an insertion port part C in the base end part of an elongated bag-shaped body B, wherein an insertion port water absorption part E is formed inside thereof. The leading end part of the elongated bag-shaped body B is served as an openable closing part U, wherein a leading end side water absorption part M consisting of a water absorption material inside thereof is formed.
