<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain highly accurate damping without being blurred and without losing information of a plurality of routes. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus transmits an ultrasonic wave to a subject and has an ultrasonic probe including a plurality of ultrasonic transducers which receives the ultrasonic wave reflected by the subject and outputs an ultrasonic detection signal. The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus has damping coefficient calculating means for calculating a damping coefficient which represents damping of the ultrasonic wave in the subject using each received signal prior to matching/addition of the ultrasonic transducer so that the problem is solved by providing the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
