<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-band balun which solves the problem of the previous technology. <P>SOLUTION: A balun (100) includes: an unbalanced line (110) including a ground trace and a signal trace; a balanced line (130) including first and second signal traces; and a double Y type shift section (120) including first and second slot traces. The first slot trace connects the ground trace of the unbalanced line to the first signal trace of the balanced line, the second slot trace connects the signal trace of the unbalanced line to the second signal trace of the balanced line, the first connection section connects the first slot trace of the double Y type shift section to the first signal trace of the balanced line, and the second connection section connects the second slot trace of the double Y type shift section to the second signal trace of the balanced line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
