<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimming film which achieves stabilized power supply by improving adhesiveness between a drive electrode formation part and a routing electroconductive material. <P>SOLUTION: The dimming film has two transparent electroconductive resin substrates 4 and a dimming layer 1 interposed between the two transparent electroconductive resin substrates 4. The dimming layer 1 includes a resin matrix 2 and a light adjusting suspension liquid 3 dispersed in the resin matrix 2.
