<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control network system, a power control method and a power controller which make it possible to use efficiently the power stored in a battery to operate electric equipment when an outage occurs in a power system. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 100, when a power system goes down, acquires the time of day at which the power outage will end and determines whether the remaining amount of power in a storage battery 300B is less than a first threshold value. If the remaining amount of power in the storage battery is less than the first threshold value, in order to ensure that the remaining amount of power in the storage battery is useful until the time of day at which the power outage will end, the controller 100 calculates a first upper-limit value for the power which will be consumed by plural pieces of electric equipment 200A to 200F while the remaining amount of power in the storage battery remains less than the first threshold value and limits operation of at least part of the plural pieces of electric equipment so that the power consumed by the plural pieces of electric equipment while the remaining amount of power in the storage battery remains less than the first threshold value will not exceed the first upper-limit value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
