<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vehicular cushioning body which avoids generation of tear on a back surface of a backrest part, etc., when demolding is carried out after molding. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing the vehicular cushioning body integrating a headrest part and the backrest part by using a molding die constituted of an upper die 12, a core 13 mounted to the upper die, and a lower die 11, at least a surface of the core 13 which corresponds to inside of the headrest part is covered with a bag-like film 14.
