<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map display system having a display mode for displaying a three-dimensional image of a building that displays a map other than a bird's eye view including the three-dimensional image of the building even in a bird's eye view display mode when a scroll mode is enabled or a cursor is operated so as to facilitate visual recognition of a cursor position. <P>SOLUTION: A map display device 20 includes display means 215, display control means 221, operation/input means 216 for scrolling a screen or operating a cursor to indicate a specific point on the screen, bird's eye view data generation means 220 for generating bird's eye view data with a building on a map being a stereoscopic image, and means 218 and 219 for generating other map data with the building not being a stereoscopic image. When the operation/input means 216 operates the cursor, the display control means 221 does not display a bird's eye view including the stereoscopic image of the building generated by the bird's eye view data generation means 220, and displays a map image generated by the other map data generation means 218 or 219 on the display means 215. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
