<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation device that is made slim and is capable of achieving adequate vibration amplitude and capable of generating flat frequency amplitude characteristics in broadband. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillation device includes: a piezoelectric vibrator 10; a vibrating member 20 that constrains the piezoelectric vibrator 10 on one surface side and is composed of beam portions 21, 22, 23, and 24 extending from the piezoelectric vibrator 10; and a support member 30 that is located at the periphery of the piezoelectric vibrator 10 and supports the edges of the beam portions 21, 22, 23, and 24; the beam portion 21 and the beam portion 22 being symmetrical with respect to the centroid position of the piezoelectric vibrator 10, the beam portion 23 and the beam portion 24 being symmetrical with respect to the centroid position of the piezoelectric vibrator 10, and a resonance frequency generated by the beam portions 21, 22 and the piezoelectric vibrator 10 being different from a resonance frequency generated by the beam portions 23, 24 and the piezoelectric vibrator 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
