<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salient pole concentrated winding stator of a motor and a manufacturing method thereof which enables easy, stable and sure wire-connection and which is capable of reducing the manufacturing cost by simplification of a manufacturing process of the stator. <P>SOLUTION: A first extension 53 and a second extension 54 are made to extend from both ends, and a coil 13 is formed by a coil 14 being wound around a body part 24 of an insulator 12 and inserted in each tooth 11b of a stator core 11. Subsequently, on a second binder 43 provided in the insulator 12, the second extension 54 is bound, and on a first binder 42, the first extension 53 extended from the in-phase and adjacent coil 13 is bound, and end portions of the first and second extensions 53 and 54 are inserted in a connecting member 60 fixed between the first binder 42 and the second binder 43 to be caulked, and the first extension 53 and the second extension 54 are electrically connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
