<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin composition varnish which is hard to cause settling and aggregation of a molybdenum compound, a prepreg having a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high drilling processability, and a laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a resin composition varnish comprises a first dispersing and mixing step of dispersing and mixing a molybdenum compound (B) into a slurry (A) including silica particles having an average particle diameter of ≥0.01-≤0.1 μm and a specific surface area of ≥30-≤270 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g, a second dispersing and mixing step of dispersing and mixing the slurry through the first dispersing and mixing step into a varnish including a thermosetting resin (C), and a third dispersing and mixing step of dispersing and mixing an inorganic filler (D) into the varnish through the second dispersing and mixing step and the prepreg and the laminate are obtained by using the manufacturing method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
