<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transconductor circuit, a mixer circuit, and a radio apparatus which are capable of preventing linearity of an output current from deteriorating without deteriorating a common mode rejection ratio greatly. <P>SOLUTION: A transconductor circuit 1 is provided with input transistors 2 and 3, and a current source transistor 4 connected, via a node 6, with a source of the input transistors 2 and 3. The transconductor circuit acquires output currents I1 and I2 which flow between the drain and source of the input transistors 2 and 3 by applying differential input voltages Vinp and Vinm to each gate of the input transistors 2 and 3, and is provided with a differential amplifier 5 to which a voltage Vs of the node 6 and a reference voltage Vref are input and which adjusts a current value of the current source transistor 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
