<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handover control device capable of ensuring stable radio communication between a terminal unit and a serving base station after execution of handover while avoiding unnecessary handover. <P>SOLUTION: If a handover control device 10 decides that there is high need for executing handover, the handover control device 10 selects, as a target base station, an adjacent base station whose transitional trend of a reception level of a radio wave received by a radio communication device 30 is a rising trend and stable, and executes handover switching a serving base station to the target base station if the transitional trend of a reception level of a radio wave received from the serving base station is a declining trend, and at the time of decision, if it is decided that a calculation value of an approximate formula of the serving base station is lower than a calculation value of the approximate formula of the adjacent base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
