<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out removing operation of workpieces loaded in bulk. <P>SOLUTION: A workpiece removing device includes a workpiece detecting section 8a for detecting the workpiece 5 based on a camera image of a workpiece loading area including a plurality of the workpieces 5 loaded in bulk, a workpiece selecting section 8b for selecting the workpiece 5 to be removed by a robot 2 based on a detection result by the workpiece detecting section 8a, a loading state determination section 8c for determining whether the loading state of the workpiece 5 is changed due to operation of the robot 2, and an area setting section 8e for setting a workpiece detection area in detecting the workpiece 5 by the workpiece detecting section 8a. If the loading state determination section 8c determines that the loading state of the workpieces 5 has changed, the area setting section 8e sets the workpiece detection area in a peripheral area of a changing position of the loading state, i.e., in a portion of the workpiece loading area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
