<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of detecting an object existing in front of a planar irradiated surface. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor device comprises a timing management part 414 that outputs a timing signal at a timing corresponding to each of discrete scan points of a light beam LB1 on an irradiated surface 410a. A signal processing part 415 comprises: an image generation part 415a that stores an output of an optical detection part 404 as a reference signal in a memory 416 based on the timing signal corresponding to each of the discrete scan points of the light beam LB1 when a detection target space 405 contains no object 406, and generates an image in which a difference between the reference signal and a detection signal including the output of the optical detection part 404 based on the timing signal corresponding to each scan point after the reference signal is stored in the memory 416 is set as a pixel value for each scan point; and an object extraction part 415b that extracts the object 406 existing in the detection target space 405 based on the image generated by the image generation part 415a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
