<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage pump for an air conditioner which uses a DC brushless motor with a built-in regulator circuit to thereby enhance a heat radiation effect of the DC brushless motor and the miniaturization thereof, and achieves low noise and low vibration by reducing a drainage volume to the necessary minimum. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 2 fixed to a pump 1 comprises a stator circuit 2A and a fixed part 2B. A stator 22, a circuit board 23, a motor control IC 24 and a regulator circuit 25 are embedded in an integral molding manner in a resin mold part 21 (motor case) of the stator circuit 2A. A three-phase DC brushless motor comprises a rotor 26 and a stator 22 in a through-hole 21a of the resin mold part 21. The resin mold part 21 is formed of a BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) resin which is a high heat conductive resin, and tightly attached to each of the regulator circuit 25, the motor control IC 24, and a conductor 23a of the circuit board 23.
