The present invention refers to a derivative of 1[(5-R1-thiophene-; furan)-2-yl-methylene]-2-[(R2)phenyl] hydrazone, as well as the whole intermediaries thereof by a novel three-step synthesis path; the invention also refers to the use and biological and pharmacological application thereof in the Chagas disease caused by the T. cruzi; as well as any other industrial use.
