A unlimited power is provided to rotate a wheel with gravity continuously and generate electric power without external energy supply by using a steel belt on an empty wheel. An limited power amplifies weight with a wheel circle, and a first two wheel is attached to the both side of the second wheel respectively and is rotated through a shaft. The diameter the first wheel is 41cm and the diameter the second wheel is 21cm. Every jaw is manufactured on the surface of the second wheel by 6cm. The girth circle of the first wheel is produced by using a sixth wire. The first wheel rim pillar is installed at the both side of the second wheel while four wheel rim pillar is built one side of them. A belt leg is comprised of a steel plate belt 6cm, and The first wheel and the second wheel are rotated at one shaft, and the weight of the metal belt is risen left side. The metal belt is stand up so that the height is 10cm and rides the right side of first wheel downward, the weight of right metal belt is increased to three times of the metal belt.
