A towing method of submarine pipeline is provided to install the submarine pipe in the location that workers want to install the foldable submarine pipe. A towing method of submarine pipeline comprises following steps: a step which folds a submarine pipe(10) at a certain length consecutively; a step which binds an adjacent pipe together and folds the submarine pipe to a planar type; a step which tows the folded submarine pipe by a tugboat(20); and a step which opens up the folded submarine pipe at the location that is desirable to install the submarine pipe.
